My Opinion
I do not believe in term limits. I believe the system as designed works if people pay attention and vote. I believe the problem is the lack of interest in our government due to the fact that people really do not have any interest unless it affects them in some profound way.
They have seen that whichever party they get in office isn’t worth a shit so why even worry about it! They know now that getting a blowjob is not really sex (If you’re the President anyway) and you wonder why we have such a problem in society! A lot of people really don’t even pay attention anymore.
Today people are waking up! The Tea Party movement is just a bunch of people that have finally had enough and are banding together to do something about it. Make them selves seen and heard. People really believe they cannot make a difference by one vote but when so many people do not vote at all one vote is even more important! Even though the Electoral Collage may make it seam like it doesn’t.
I am not against immigration but I am against illegal immigration. One of the biggest problems we face is illegal immigration and the lack of visa enforcement. When our grandparents came to America, they had to learn English well enough to speak it and write it. Today we spend Billions of dollars printing everything in so many different languages you can’t even count them anymore. This is not only waist; it creates an atmosphere where people don’t feel they need to integrate into our society.
Every year 100′s of thousands of people come to this country on a visa and of those 10′s of thousands disappear into the woodwork and are never heard from again unless they break the law. This year 2010 is the break even year! More Hispanics are being born here in the US than whites and blacks. Again I am all for immigration but when 10 Million illegal immigrants were allowed to gain citizenship back in the 80’s and now another 12 to15 Million, well you look at the numbers! Something is wrong!! Look at California, they are broke and one of the main reasons is illegal aliens crime, gangs, welfare and they are the most progressive state with the biggest economy. What does that say for the rest of us?
California is also one of several southern states where the American flag can be found flying under the Mexican flag and sometimes upside down! That’s respect for America! That’s integration!
Just think of the jobs that would be created if we increased our border patrol and visa enforcement agents to the numbers that are really needed. Just think about how far the crime rate would drop without gangs and drug trafficking across our borders. Just think of the money that would be saved! If we protected our borders and required drug testing for welfare!
Our welfare system is another problem we face. When an illegal immigrant can get social security and or welfare we have a problem. When people on welfare pump out babies to get more monthly income we have a problem. When the people on welfare get fat and lazy off welfare we have a problem. When government officials and employees get fat and lazy working for the welfare system we have a problem! Our government started welfare to help people out when they needed it, not become the generations living off welfare that we have now! Now that those generations are getting too fat and sick then the government has to tell us what to eat to stay healthy so they can save money! Where f*cked, when the government admits to 60 Billion dollars a year in welfare fraud and doesn’t do much about it!
Just think of the money saved and the jobs created cracking down on welfare fraud!
If I have to take a drug test to get a job then why doesn’t someone have to take a drug test to get welfare which is the money I made after I took a drug test to work! It would go a long way to slowing the drug trafficking and crime if we implemented some simple things like a drug test to receive welfare. This isn’t a foreign idea to working America but for some reason our legislators can’t seam to follow the simple logic but they want to make you take a drug test to receive unemployment? Is that F*cked up?
Our legislators should be flying commercial just like the rest of us! They should be paying into social security just like the rest of us! They should have to take a drug test, just like the rest of us! They should be on the same health plan as the rest of us! They should be paying taxes just like the rest of us! When a president is impeached, he should be removed! When a legislator breaks the law they should be held accountable, just like the rest of us! They should receive social security when they retire, just like the rest of us, not full pay for serving 1 term and then collect from a system they don’t even pay into on top of that! That’s f*cked up!
These people created Freddie and Fannie Mae and demanded that they loan money to the poor so they could by houses. In 2000, 2001 and again in 2005 they where warned of the problems that we were coming because of this and these same people said no that isn’t right and mandated that Fannie and Freddie loan more and they did! Now we are pumping 180 Billion dollars into those organizations with no end in sight and the people that did this are still running the banking and Finance committee! They are still running Fannie and Freddie! That’s f*cked up!
